Rules & Safety
This page summarizes the standards planned for Recon Ridge. Final field limits, equipment specifications, enforcement procedures, and game-specific rules will be published before bookings open.
Core field rules.
Eye and face protection
Required protective equipment must remain properly worn in all active areas. Exact equipment standards will be published before opening.
Safe equipment handling
Barrel covers, magazine removal, replica clearing, and safe-zone procedures must be followed exactly as directed.
Chronograph and equipment limits
Airsoft replicas will be inspected and chronographed. Final energy, velocity, ammunition-weight, rate-of-fire, and engagement limits are TBA.
Respectful play
Call hits honestly, follow referee decisions, avoid unsafe physical contact, and treat players, staff, property, and equipment with respect.
Controlled engagement
No blind firing, uncontrolled shooting, unsafe climbing, or firing into safe zones. Game-specific surrender and distance rules will be briefed.
Fit to participate
Alcohol, illegal drugs, impairment, threats, harassment, and reckless behaviour are incompatible with participation and may result in removal.
Stay within boundaries
Players must follow marked limits, closed areas, environmental restrictions, and all directions related to roads, neighbours, wildlife, or hazards.
Referees have final field authority
Staff may pause play, inspect equipment, modify a mission, remove unsafe equipment, or end participation when necessary for safety.
